What type of thermoforming does the company perform?
- Traditional Vacuum Forming;

What kind of products are suited for this application?
- Virtually any plastic type part or case component with monthly volumes from 25 to 1,000
units.
- Parts which have a physically-finished size of less than 60" by 36".
- Parts where future volumes are not presently known and product life is uncertain.

What are the advantages of the vacuum forming process?
- Quick turnaround with low tooling cost!
- For parts where injection molding tooling is too expensive for the customer to fund,
vacuum forming tooling can be 10-15 times cheaper.
- For plastic parts where low to medium production quantities are required.
- For parts which are likely to change in the near future, within two years or sooner.
Tooling can be adjusted to manufacture next year's model. Injection molding
tooling
changes are generally very costly.

What kind of tolerances during manufacturing can the process maintain?
- Generally + or - .015. For specific dimensions + or - .010 is obtainable.

Does the company provide any engineering support?
- A full-time engineer is on our staff to help with initial product design, manufacturing
design, and tooling design;
- Engineering support is available to help solve fit and function problems;
- Engineering support is available for first article production;
- Engineering support is available to develop tooling and fixtures for new products.

How long will it take me to get the first article of a new product and start
production?
- Generally, tooling and first article parts take 4 to 6 weeks, in many cases
even sooner.
- New product production can occur within 2 to 4 weeks after first article part approval.
